Title: Spiritual Healing Qigong (Shen Gong)
Details: This is a special Qigong course for the purpose of healing and it is a spiritual related Qigong exercises, which is based on Qigong movement along with chanting and meditation. Another word it is called Shen Gong in Chinese. The Healing Qigong has a great benefit of healing many kind of spiritual and physical sickness; improve your immunity system and preventing of disease as well. This course is not suitable for people who haven't done any spiritual Qigong training before, so please consultant the Centre before sign up on the course. Turn up on the door is not advised and please arrival in the classes on time as the door will be locked during the sessions to avoid of interruptions.

The Tai Chi 11 Form was created by Master Liming Yue after many years of study with Grandmaster Chen Zhenglei and Grandmaster Kongjie Gou. The Tai Chi 11 is a simplified form based on authentic Chen Style Tai Chi Old Frame or Laojia and holds true to all the principles and philosophy of this the origonal form of Tai Chi. The Tai Chi 11 is short, easy to follow, and easy to learn making it excellent for beginners and people who have limited time. Title: Spiritual Healing Qigong (Shen Gong)
Details: This is a special Qigong course for the purpose of healing and it is a spiritual related Qigong exercises, which is based on Qigong movement along with chanting and meditation. Another word it is called Shen Gong in Chinese. The Healing Qigong has a great benefit of healing many kind of spiritual and physical sickness; improve your immunity system and preventing of disease as well. This course is not suitable for people who haven't done any spiritual Qigong training before, so please consultant the Centre before sign up on the course.
