This is a teaching and practice course for Tai Chi Forms, Push Hands and Qigong exercises suitable for all levels of students. This course will provide you with an opportunity to practice in the Temple in the Nanyue Mountains , Hunan Province , China , and will be attended by students from other European countries. The accommodation,Qigong and Tai Chi training will be based in a luxury 4 star hotel except staying in the Temple . The price is £1590.00 per person, all inclusive (details shawn as below).

The detailed arrangements will be discussed on the first day of the trip in China and everybody will have the opportunity to express their preferences. Also anybody who is going to join the trip can express their opinion regarding the trip arrangements to the Centre in advance.

Healing Qigong - Grandmaster Li Zhiyi (additional 15 hours training at £150.00 per person pay directly to Tianmenshan Daoism Centre)

Hard Qigong - Grandmaster Long Jiaxiong (to be arranged upon request)

Blessing ceremony in the Temple for family and friend - £50.00 per person directly pay to the temple

Training and visiting many of the incredible attractions

China Trip - Qigong and Tai Chi Training and Sightseeing - This 17 day trip is open to all Tai Chi students and friends to develop a greater understanding of this wonderful art with some of the highest level masters in China. It will include visiting many of the incredible attractions, such as Beijing, Nanyue Temple, Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Please ask the Centre for a leaflet containing further information.

Arrival Changsha at 9:30am then take coach to Nanyue Mountain and stay in the Temple. Have a rest in the afternoon.

Evening Qigong meditation with Master Liming Yue and the monks from 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

Wednesday

Morning Blessing ceremony from 8:00am to 11am (£50 per person), asking questions with monks after lunch break.

It is also a good opportunity to buy things from the temple in the afternoon or visit the top of mountain.

Thursday

Morning chanting with Monks in the temple at 4:00am then it is a good opportunity for people who are interested in becoming buddhism followers in the morning.

Additional special blessing ceremony for relatives and friends who has dead to be arranged in the afternoon (£50.00 per person).

then take coach to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park at 9:30am and arrival at 4:00pm.

Check in the hotel then have a dinner at 6:00pm.

Healing Qigong introduction with Grandmaster Li Zhiyi in the evening from 8:00pm to 10:00pm (free).

Tai Chi traing with Master Liming Yue from 7:00am to 8:30am;

Visit the Forest Park in the morning at 9:30am to 5:00pm

Opptional acitivity in the evening: Xiangxi Attractive Performance at 8:00pm, cost £20.00 per person.

Tai Chi traing with Master Liming Yue from 10:00am to 12:00noon;

Qigong School visit and meeting with Hard Qigong - Grandmaster Long Jiaxiong and local Tai Chi practitioners in the afternoon.

Additional training with Grandmaster Li Zhiyi from 8:00 pm to 11:00pm (£30.00).

Tai Chi traing with Master Liming Yue from 7:00am to 8:30am;

Visit Baofeng Lake, Yellow cave during the day and have a countryside lunch in a local family house.

Additional Qigong training with Grandmaster Li Zhiyi in the evening from 8:00pm to 11:00pm (£30.00);

Additional sightseeing for people who don't train to be arranged.

Thursday

Tai Chi traing with Master Liming Yue from 7:00am to 8:30am;

Preparation and own practicing for the Indoor Student Acceptance and Coding Ceremony during the day. The ceremony will take place from 8:00pm to 12:00pm (only open to people who has been accepted as an indoor student by Grandmaster Li Zhiyi, please contact Master Liming Yue for the fee information) .

Take coach to Xiangtan city at 1pm and arrival at 6pm

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions have been changed since last China trip, for the details please read the information below:

Reservation ( application form )

Reservations can be made by completing the booking form and sending it together with the £600 payment of deposit, administration charge and flight resevation fee. Everybody who wishes to take part in the trip must provide their own valid travel insurance to cover the trip by end of April 2009.

Payment and what is included ( to pay online! )

The price for the trip is £1,590 (all inclusive). An initial payment of £600 is required to secure a place. The final balanceis £990. Late booking charge is £100 (this is to cover the additional cost of making late flight and accommodation bookings). Single supplement fee is £325.00 per person if applicable (subject to the availability).

An initial payment of £600 is a non-refundable deposit, administration charge and flight reservation, and it is required upon reservation. Final balance of £990 should be paid in full by end of March 2009. Bookings made after the end of March 2009 requires full payment at the time of booking, plus a £100 surcharge.

Total Payment for the trip includes: Tuition fees for the training with Master Liming Yue, breakfast, main meals (excluding drinks and snack), accommodation, training insurance (subject to individual's health condition and ages), all transportation (excluding the cable car at the tourism, taxis air-tickets and airport tax,) and admission fees to all tourist attractions arranged by the group in China. Travel insurance and visa applications are at your own cost and should be arranged by yourself.

Cancellation

Clients who make cancellation on any confirmed bookings will be liable for the following cancellation charges based on the time when we receive the notice of cancellation in writing.

A. Once booked the trip and cancelled 61 days prior to the departure date, the deposit of £600 is non-refundable.

B. 31-60 days prior to departure date -50% of total cost.

C. 3-30 days prior to departure date -75% of total cost.

C. 3 days or less prior to departure date - 100% of total cost.

Alteration to Arrangement

If, after acceptance of the booking, the customer alters the confirmed arrangements, an amendment fee of £100 per person plus any communication charges may be charged. If major alteration is required, the booking may be treated as a cancellation to which cancellation charges will apply.

Cancellation by the Tai Chi Centre

We reserve the right to cancel or alter holiday arrangements at any time up to and including the departure date. Full refund of all monies will be made in the event of cancellation. Cancellations will be notified to clients without reasonable delay.

Passport/Visa

As part of the China Trip package the Chen Style Tai Chi Centre will complete all visa application procedures on behalf of the client who residents in the UK (fee is NOT covered). However all clients are themselves responsible for ensuring that they are in possession of a valid passport and applicable visa at all times and places during the journey. Refunds or endorsement can not be claimed by clients who are rejected by local immigration for any reason.

Responsibility

As part of the China Trip Package the Chen Style Tai Chi Centre will arrange standard insurance to cover all the training abroad for all clients. However the Chen Style Tai Chi Centre acts only in the capacity of Agent for the clients in all arrangements. Expressly the Chen Style Tai Chi Centre shall not be liable for any injury, death, accident, loss, damage, or irregularity which may be occasioned by neglect or default of any other company, or additional expenses due to delays or changes in flights, trains, coaches or other services, or because of strike, war, sickness, weather, quarantine or other causes.
